Background

Anita Köllmann has been a senior consultant at RETURN ON MEANING since 2023 and works on cultural change, (self-)leadership and emotional intelligence. 

Anita is a business economist (B.Sc.) with a focus on banking and finance as well as a psychologist (M.Sc.) with a focus on work and organizational psychology as well as clinical psychology. Her interest in the combination of business and psychology is also reflected in her professional career: she began her career at the Deutsche Bundesbank as a banking supervisor and, after studying psychology, worked for two years as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, where she supported major international companies with organizational transformations. At the banking consultancy zeb.schierenbeck.associates she gained experience in leading workshops by designing and conducting weekly business seminars.

Anita is passionate about actively shaping the world of work by creating a constructive corporate culture, developing leadership skills and promoting the emotional intelligence of individuals and teams.
