Our clients

We at RETURN ON MEANING support international corporations, medium-sized companies as well as public institutions and associations and increasingly start-ups. Over the past 15 years, our consultants have worked for more than half of the DAX 30 corporations. It is also important for us to devote a significant part of our time to voluntary organizations that do meaningful work themselves.

Below a selection of our clients:

“The highly individual reflection of our business routine, combined with scientific impulses and the experience from numerous top management seminars, sets RETURN ON MEANING apart from other consultancies. Their input was essential to reach real mindset change among the participants, who gave an unusually high rating for the training.“

Berg Lund & Company

“What I particularly appreciate about RETURN ON MEANING is the high level of professionalism and the efficient cooperation with authentic and kind consultants. I was positively surprised by how fast we achieved measurable steps towards changes in behaviour and thus towards cultural change, and by the extent to which our entire German organization was involved in this cultural change.”

Ralf Gorniak, former CEO Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH & Co. KG

“With RETURN ON MEANING, we have a strong and professional training partner at our side who successfully and sustainably brings the topic of mindfulness into our organization. Our colleagues continuously get inspired though many different (digital and non-digital) tools and are also well supervised after the training. The trainers live and embody the topic authentically! The attitude of friendliness, patience, openness, curiosity and trust is at the heart of RETURN ON MEANING and every contact and encounter is always fun, inspiring and at the same time productive.”

Berna Ceylan-Atmaca, health manager, Axel Springer SE

“RETURN ON MEANING is characterized by excellent specialist knowledge and supported us in building an internal training program for management and leadership expertise. The leadership trainings provide a very good mixture of theory and practice, meeting the participants´ high demands and belonging to the state of the art approaches in the field of leadership trainings.”

P+P Pöllath + Partners

“What I particularly appreciate about RETURN ON MEANING is how they combine their ´McKinsey clarity´ with their psychological knowledge about human being – in short: the topics of business and people brought together.”

Hein Knaapen, former CHRO ING Bank NV

“RETURN ON MEANING accompanies us in developing leadership competencies. It is remarkable how we attain a tremendous impact by supposedly small tools – if used consistently by the team. RETURN ON MEANING manages exactly that. I look forward to the further development of the next years and I sense the energy coming from the top team and how this is motivating me as the managing director.”

Dr Sebastian Werner, managing director of HygCen Germany

“I appreciate RETURN ON MEANING as a reliable, highly professional partner who has always been able to support us with various questions. The mindfulness training is led by convincing personalities who are able to convey the topic in depth and at the same time transfer it to the corporate context. As a technically dominated company, we achieved this well. Simply great!”

Christiane Bergsieker, personnel manager RWW

Below a selection of our clients that we support voluntarily:

“RETURN ON MEANING supported us substantially towards greater professionalism both in the hospice and in the seminar house. Their voluntary work not only demonstrated specialist knowledge around leadership, cultural change and personnel management but also a great motivation to build a more meaningful world. The people working with RETURN ON MEANING are simply wonderful, and they live what we mean by mindfulness.”

Sebastian Snela, first chairman of the Domicilium foundation in Weyarn, Germany
