Background

Dr. Gregor Handler started his career as a consultant in early 2001 with McKinsey & Company, where he initially worked on projects combining operational and organizational challenges. Focusing on the latter he increasingly specialized in the areas of strategic human resources as well as sustainable culture change and mainly worked for industrial clients across Europe on topics like talent development programs and performance management systems. In 2014 he founded A4Change and started to work as an independent consultant in the fields of Leadership Services and Executive Search.

Gregor studied Civil Engineering at the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, as well as at the Technical University of Graz, Austria. At the latter he completed his master’s degree with high distinction and likewise successfully later on his PhD on the integration of classical management consulting and systemic organizational development. Furthermore, Gregor is certified as both, PCM®-Trainer and MBTI®-Practitioner, and has completed advanced training programs in group dynamics, systemic consulting and personnel controlling.
