Background
Maria Rösch works as a senior consultant, trainer and coach for RETURN ON MEANING since 2022. She has a focus on New Work and cultural change.
Before she was working for six years in a large management consultancy as a Senior Business Consultant for the public sector. Beside the setup of a new business area for New Work she spent most of her time as a lead project manager in a largescale cultural change program in a federal ministry. She has a large expertise in the design and implementation of trainings for new ways of working and moderation of decision making processes.
Maria holds a master in public policy and a bachelor in economics and social studies. She is certified systemic consultant, agile coach and agile organizational developer.
