Background

Tobias Röder works as a trainer at RETURN ON MEANING GmbH, specializing in resilience and mindfulness.

He is an independent trainer, consultant, and facilitator, focusing on mindfulness, relationship competence, transformation, leadership, and New Work. Before establishing his independent practice, he spent several years as the managing director of a nonprofit organization, where he built initiatives promoting mindfulness, empathy, and resilience in education. Additionally, he managed a care and hospice project, as well as a large seminar and retreat center. He also worked as a consultant in the field of political communications.

Tobias has pursued further education in organizational development and transformational support (e.g. Theory U, Holacracy, and the Loop-Approach). He is also trained in facilitation and hosting (e.g. Art of Hosting and We-Processes). Currently, he is undergoing training in systemic and experiential consulting. Since 1999, Tobias has been practicing meditation and mindfulness in both Buddhist and secular settings, regularly participating in retreats.
