Background

As a consultant, organizational developer and agile coach, Heiko Erhardt has been supporting change processes in large and medium-sized companies for over 15 years. He can draw on his experience in various management and staff positions in corporate structures and as founder and CEO of a successful software development company.

While studying electrical engineering at the Technical University of Munich, he acquired extensive knowledge of information technology, which has shaped his subsequent career. In addition to his engineering discipline, he has completed training as an integral business coach (Alpha Inspiration), in change management (Barbara Heitger), as a facilitator for co-creation processes (Jascha Rohr/IPG) and in non-violent communication (Tatjana Wolf/Theresa Heidegger).

His practical knowledge includes the support of agile transformations, planning and implementation of change programs in the context of organizational development as well as sparring & coaching of executives at all levels. Heiko has been part of the RETURN ON MEANING network since 2025 and is co-organizer of the Agile Culture Camp and Sinn macht Gewinn congresses as well as a member of the Agile Organizational Development Guild.

Heiko is a volunteer committed to the future-oriented development of his home region, a common good economy and democracy. He is co-designer and member of the supervisory board of a multi-generational cooperative housing project for 100 people, where he lives with his family..
