On 15 and 16 April 2021, this year's digital STAY conference will take place under the motto "Für mehr Motivation statt Fluktuation”(For more motivation instead of fluctuation). As one of the highlights of the conference, for the first time Dr. Svea von Hehn founder, managing director and organisational developer of RETURN ON MEANING, will give an impulse as the conclusion of the first conference day.
