Background
Sören Kluge is a business psychologist and has been a trainer and consultant at RETURN ON MEANING since 2020. His areas of responsibility include leadership training, culture change projects, and optimization of talent management processes.
Between 2017 and 2020, he worked in the HR department with focus onTalent Acquisition of a logistics consultancy with 600+ employees. Parallel to his studies, Sören also worked in a student consultancy and was able to gain initial experience in consulting. In his immediate time before RETURN ON MEANING, he further deepened his practical experience in a consultancy with an HR focus, where he was primarily involved with a human-centered approach to business transformation, design thinking methods, and change management.
Sören studied psychology at the Free University in Berlin and the University of California in San Diego with a focus on work, organizational and business psychology and was a scholarship holder of the PROMOS program. Before his studies, Sören learned and worked in the fields of graphic design, event management, and public administration, among others.
He was actively involved with Amnesty International for several years and is currently volunteering on a project about diagnosing and reducing unconscious bias in children.
