Background
Claudia Braun worked internationally as a management consultant from 2007 for over 5 years, focusing on leadership development, cultural transformation, and strategic HR topics for McKinsey & Company. Since February 2013, she has been a partner and managing director at RETURN ON MEANING GmbH, alongside Dr. Svea von Hehn and Nils Cornelissen. Her clients include various international companies in the telecommunications, high-tech, tourism, and banking sectors, as well as numerous startups and organizations in the social sector.
Claudia holds a degree in International Business Administration (European School of Business) and a Bachelor of Science in Business (Northeastern University, Boston). She completed a Master of Public Administration with distinction at the London School of Economics, as well as a Master of Public Policy at the Hertie School of Governance. She was a scholarship holder of the German National Academic Foundation (Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes). Claudia is a certified systemic as well as existential coach and MBSR instructor with various additional qualifications. She has completed a training as Gestalt therapist and is an existential therapist in training.
