Background

Cornelia has been working since 2010 e.g. as a senior employee in the area of ​​People and Culture within a multinational corporation, and as a management consultant focusing on change management. She has more than 5 years experience as a trainer and also supports clients by her broad knowledge on systemic coaching. In 2019, Cornelia joined the team of RETURN ON MEANING as Senior Consultant.

Cornelia holds a doctorate in Economics and Social Sciences. She completed her Bachelor and Master of Public Policy and Management (University of Konstanz) with distinction. Her research and teaching for several years focused on quantitative and qualitative methods of empirical social research. Cornelia has received several scholarships from the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung and the German Academic Exchange Service, with stays abroad in Barcelona and Brussels. She is a certified black belt for change management and process optimization as well as author of specialized articles, i.a. on the topic of talent management.
