Background

Luca Oliver Wiesenack is a psychologist in training with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Münster and is currently pursuing a master's degree at Humboldt University in Berlin, focusing on social psychology in organizational contexts, data analysis, and psychological aspects of artificial intelligence. He has been working as a consultant at RETURN ON MEANING since 2025.

During his bachelor's studies, Luca researched humble leadership behavior, quantitatively examined the relationship between this construct and trust in managers, and critically examined the development of AI in leadership contexts.

In addition to his studies, Luca has already gained experience in the talent & development department at Deutsche Bank, where he was involved in designing an internal master's program, among other things. He also worked as a student assistant at the Chair of Organizational Psychology at the University of Münster, where he was able to deepen his knowledge of science communication and quantitative data analysis. He is certified in the fundamentals of project management by the University of Münster.
