How our mind shapes our (working) world
Mindfulness is a certain way of relating to the world (the inner and outer world): consciously, presently and openly. This creates inner clarity and freedom of choice in our reactions. Research shows the positive effect of mindfulness training on health and well-being as well as on aspects that are important in the work context such as the ability to concentrate, emotional self-regulation and empathy/compassion. The focus of this workshop is on the practice of different mindfulness methods as well as practical exercises that can be easily integrated into everyday (work) life.
