Background

Niloufar Ruthenberg has been a consultant and trainer at RETURN ON MEANING since 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Psychology with a focus on industrial and organizational psychology. In her final thesis, she focused intensively on the topics of diversity, anti-discrimination and compassion, emphasizing the importance of compassion as a key competence for successful leadership and change processes.

Building on these insights, she completed training as a “Trainer, Coach, Consultant - New Work”, in which she learned systemic and agile methods to professionally support people during change and in uncertain times. At RETURN ON MEANING, she was able to deepen her expertise and gain valuable experience, for example in the development and implementation of a leadership development program in the telecommunications industry and as part of a major cultural transformation project in the aviation industry.

Before joining RETURN ON MEANING, Niloufar gained extensive insights into the requirements and fields of activity of specialists and managers in various industries through her work in external executive search. She also expanded her expertise in change management by providing agile support for optimization projects in business development and information management. She also worked in the HR development department of a corporate group, where she designed and implemented blended e-learning programs in the context of assessment products.
