Nils Cornelissen has been working as a management consultant with focus on transformations and cultural change, strategic HR (e.g., talent and performance management) as well as leadership and communication since 2003. Nils has published articles on topics such as talent management and leadership (Harvard Business Manager, Personalwirtschaft, StarkImLeben), a book on cultural change (Kulturwandel in Organisationen) and he is a lecturer at the Calumis Academy for Business-Coaching.
Nils lives in Berlin and is involved in projects for social entrepreneurs (e.g., Academy for Visionautics) on a voluntary basis. Since 2012 he has been CEO of RETURN ON MEANING GmbH together with Dr. Svea von Hehn and works for clients across Europe, USA and South-Africa. He speaks English and German fluently.
