Research on Mindfulness in everyday professional life
How effective are mindfulness-based interventions in everyday professional life – from in-person trainings to apps and webinars?
In cooperation with Prof. Dr. Hannah Möltner (FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management) and Johanna Rauls (Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health), Dr. Svea von Hehn, Managing Director of RETURN ON MEANING, contributed to an empirical study on the effects of mindfulness-based interventions.
The aim of the study was to explore the effectiveness of different formats – in-person trainings, app-based exercises, and webinars – in corporate settings. It examined their impact on mindfulness, well-being, and emotional exhaustion among working professionals.
The study was published in the special issue “Evaluation of Positive Psychology Interventions in the Workplace” of the journal Wirtschaftspsychologie.
